Drape the skirt over your shoulders for a dramatic cape ensemble.
Made from a suiting fabric and available in your choice of black, red, royal blue or cream.
The bodice is steel boned and features an internal waist stay belt. Pencil skirt with back vent. Back zip closure.
The skirt/cape features internal netting and horsehair braid to give it just the right amount of volume and swing.
