The Rita Dress
Introducing the most spectacular of all, the absolute showstopper that is the Rita Dress!
I can personally guarantee that you will feel like a movie star in this dress. Originally designed and made for myself with no intention to make available to purchase, the positive reaction to this look was undeniable and so I thought it would be a crime for me to keep this feeling all for myself.
Made with a most striking yellow and black polyester/lurex luxury jacquard fabric which has dramatic drape and volume, this set consists of three versatile pieces:
An asymmetrical pencil dress, with its hand-draped bodice and slim skirt with back vent. Steel internal structuring and internal belt. Back centre zip.
Long sash. This piece can be draped around the shoulders to add drama or tucked into the waistband of the skirt (see photos) to add to the asymmetry of the piece.
Overskirt/cape. Use its long ties to fasten around the waist to make a skirt or drape over your shoulders and tie behind back to wear as a dramatic cape look. Fully lined, this piece features an internal horsehair braid hem for extra volume.
